Lots of things! But it's usually that they won't let me fight or tell me what things mean.

It's nice of them to want to protect you, I never had that growing up, but at the same time they need to realize that when you tell a kid their too young to know something it makes them just want to know it more.

When it comes to fighting they obviously just want you to wait until you're stronger...after all no matter how strong you are now there's no substitute for experience and that comes with age. However you can't ever gain experience without actually participating so it's kind of a pick your battles sort of thing.

As for not explaining what things mean...well...I can't be sure but I can take a guess at why they avoid that one. They're embarrassed. After all your parents and Hoshi aren't much older then you right now so they don't have enough years under their belts to have adequate explanations for things. In a way it's better they don't try to explain certain things till they've actually experienced them enough themselves to have an idea of what their talking about.

I've been fighting since before I was six with people who are much older than me, experience shouldn't have anything to do with it.

It does though sweetie, I'm not saying your too young to fight I'm just say some opponents have an advantage over you because they've been around longer. After all the more time you've been alive the more time you've had to amass skills and knowledge.

Lemme give you an example, you'd say Hoshi's pretty bad ass right? But if our beloved younger Hoshi got into a fight with the Hoshi from the time you came from (Older Hoshi) Who'd win and why?

Older Auntie Hoshi. She's mastered more types of combat and been through more than my Auntie Hoshi right now. Plus, the Auntie Hoshi here hasn't died yet.

You're right Older Auntie would win because she's got more experience under her metaphorical belt.

I agree there are some situations where they should at least let you try or fight alongside them.

Hana I am with you 100% there...last month Hoshi and I got into a big fight about that same subject and we almost stopped being friends over it. I want so badly to punch that stupid Dark right in his stupid face!

But...it's not our fight. No matter how much we want to help...even when Hoshi says she'll let us help...in the end it's gonna come down to her and him and all we can do is give her our strength of support.

But I know exactly how you feel Hana...I care alot for Aunt Hoshi and to think that bastard walked right in and just...did that to her...makes me wanna punch something right now.

You won't have to Hana...because Hoshi will beat him and we'll all be there to support her.

Sweetie I know you'll protect Hoshi to the end, and I would too...but realistically there's no way you can always prevent her from being hurt.

You can do something better though.

When Hoshi hurts, help sooth the wound, when she falls help pick her up again. When she screams listen to her words and when she cries let her cry on your shoulder till the tears stop.

It's the problem warriors have, no one is good enough to always be there, but we can try our hardest and that's all anyone can ask.

She won't get hurt! I won't let her!

That's the problem with looking into the future Hana, there are too many "What if"s. You can't predict everything even the tarot can't tell me some things.

All you can do is keep training and believing in yourself and your friends and your family.
